Work during 2020 has seen the lake extended to a 39 peg Match Lake. This new lake covers an approximate area of 6 acres. The lake has a massive stock of F1's commons and mirrors. This lake now creates a venue for match, specimen and pleasure anglers, which caters for all types of angling methods. Pole, feeder and waggler.

The lake has its own car park and has been extended to hold 70 cars.

The floods of summer 2007 devastated the lake, both the banking and stocking were hit. Extensive work has been carried out to mend, replace and renew damaged banking and pegs. All pegs are now available and safe. During 2009 extensive stocking took place to bring the lake to a very high standard for match fishing. Regular 39 peg open matches now take place.
